Perfect for ourselves as was having procedure at kingsbridge over the road . Friendly staff good service and bed was very comfortable
What to say? I've not a negative to mention. This beauty of gem is perfect. Every staff member will go above and beyond to assist you no matter what request. The beds and pillows are like clouds. The local area is great too with everything you could need. If you do one thing in the North of Ireland, make sure to spend a few nights here!!!
18 of us for Boxing Day family meal. It was amazing value, great food and brilliant service. Thanks to all the staff and chef/cooks.
I have ate here a number of times since May, once for an 80th, a 50th wedding anniversary and a 60th birthday. Each time the staff were amazing and the food if out of this world. This is the best place for eating whether it be off the menu or carvery. No other carvery matches this and it is very reasonably priced. Every single person enjoyed their meals, there was no faults. The roast beef dinner and veg is just amazing.
Functional spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable bed, quality linen and pillows. Common areas are beautiful. Staff are outstanding, friendly, helpful and professional, dinner was tasty, well presented and of obvious good quality, breakfast was freshly cooked to order with an array of breads, fruit, juices and cold cuts will definitely return
We did not stay but stopped in by chance for a meal. The service was fantastic, everywhere was clean. The fish and chips were amazing!!!! Fresh real potato chips, freshly cooked and just perfect. The fish was beautifully cooked with the most delicious batter. Good portions and great value for money. Would highly recommend to others and will definitely stop in again.

We stayed here overnight, the staff were extremely friendly, the location was excellent with good parking facilities. We ate in the restaurant and the service was excellent as was the food! It was very tasty, fresh and good value for money. The room was spacious with good amenities and a very modern look: the hotel had kept its charm in the lobby while having “modern” rooms. I would not hesitate to stay here again or to stop in for a meal!
